Platform Services

Ezzy Auto Dispatch offers an Internet-based system that allows users with vehicles to ship (each a "Shipper") to connect with vehicle transportation entities (each a "Carrier") by:

• Posting data and information regarding vehicles for shipment or vehicle transportation services
• Sharing references, insurance coverage evidence, and government licenses
• Enabling Members to make independent evaluations for business relationships
• Rating and review system for users [citation:1]

You understand that Ezzy Auto Dispatch does not and cannot control the reliability, completeness, usefulness, safety, or accuracy of information available through the platform, as such data is provided solely by Members over whom we have no control.

Member Responsibilities

Carrier Members

If you are a Carrier Member, you are solely and fully responsible for:

• Picking up and delivering vehicles within agreed-upon windows of time and at the agreed-upon price
• Communicating the status of the shipment throughout the shipping process
• Using the platform to update shipment status
• Handling vehicles to avoid damage
• Providing a completed and signed bill of lading upon delivery
• Maintaining adequate insurance coverage, licenses, and bonds at all times
• Complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations [citation:1]

Shipper Members

If you are a Shipper Member that posts or dispatches vehicles for shipment, you are solely and fully responsible for:

• Providing vehicles to carriers at the agreed-upon time and price
• Making prompt payment of outstanding balances owed to carriers
• Ensuring the bill of lading accurately reflects the vehicle's condition at pickup
• Removing posted loads once an agreement has been made
• Maintaining adequate insurance, licenses, and bonds
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations [citation:1]

Member Registration

When you register to become a Member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Not transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site [citation:1]

Claims and Damages

Every Member acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Damage and loss claims against a carrier must be pursued independently of contracted freight fees
• Contracted freight fees may not be withheld or delayed in payment of any claim of damage or loss
• Valid claims arising from damage or loss will not be paid until freight charges are paid [citation:1]

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on this site are the property of Ezzy Auto Dispatch and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your business purposes. [citation:1]

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your Membership and/or your access to the Site due to non-compliance with these Terms of Use, or for any other reason. Grounds for termination include:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Non-payment of fees

Limitation of Liability

Ezzy Auto Dispatch acts as a facilitator only. We are not responsible for:

• Carrier performance or cargo condition
• Losses or damages arising from shipping services
• User interactions and disputes
